    Notes for the 2023 Report Filing Season for Iowa Attorneys: 

    Attorneys licensed in Iowa have until March 10, 2023 to file their annual reports. If you are short CLE hours for the 2022 calendar year and need an extension, please request it before January 15, 2023. Extension requests after that will have a $100 fee. Attorneys who are in EXEMPT status will be required to file an Annual Exempt Attorney Report and pay a $50 Annual Exempt Fee.

     

    Notes for the 2022 Report Filing Season for Certified Shorthand Reporters:  
    The filing season for the annual continuing education (CEU) reports by certified shorthand reporters concluded on December 1, 2022. CSRs who received an extension will have until February 14, 2023, to file their annual report and pay their fees without a late penalty.
